We partner with ProCare, Inc to provide a one-stop portal site for our parents. Our portal allows parents access to calendars, the ability to communicate directly with staff, find updates about the Center and their children, schedule activities and pay bills. Each parent has a unique login allowing for confidential exchange of information.   

Along with the portal, we will continue to leverage Crew as our communication app of record at New Beginnings. All parents who have children at New Beginnings are enrolled in Crew so that parents and staff can communicate seamlessly and confidentially without the delays of email, phone calls or texting. Taken together, the portal and Crew ensure that parents are involved and that they have efficient access to information.
